Plug in the TV app
Install SmartyPints on an Android TV or Google TV device for each screen. It shows a pairing code on the TV.

Enter the code in your venue portal. Set your hours, round length and categories, and add your own ads if you like.

A QR code on screen opens the game in their phone's browser. They pick a nickname and answer. Faster answers score more.

Questions? We have answers.
What do I need to get started?
A TV, an Android TV or Google TV streaming device for each screen (such as an NVIDIA Shield or a Google TV Streamer), and internet at your venue. Guests just need a phone with a camera; nothing to download. We'll help you get the TV app installed.
Do I need a host or staff to run it?
No. Once a TV is paired, rounds run automatically during your opening hours: questions, answer reveals, leaderboards and breaks. Your staff never have to touch it.
What happens if our internet goes down?
The TV keeps playing. Each TV keeps its own supply of questions and your ads, so a Wi-Fi hiccup doesn't freeze the screen. Phone scoring picks back up as soon as the connection returns.
How do guests join?
They scan the QR code on the TV (or type the short code at the web address shown), choose a nickname and start answering. It works in any modern phone browser.
Can I choose the questions?
Yes. Skip any category, pick easy, medium or hard questions, and add your own. You can also have AI draft questions on any topic; nothing plays until you approve it.
